If you have any doubts, check here first!

There is no fee for participants from Wroclaw Medical University (UMW). Active participants from other institutions pay a one-time fee of 40 EUR, regardless of the number of submitted papers (maximum 3). Auditors (passive participants) attend free of charge.

You can submit a maximum of three papers, each may be assigned to a different thematic session.
The conference is open to students and doctoral candidates, while physicians during postgraduate internship can only be co-authors.

A paper’s supervisor can be an academic, such as a professor, doctor, or a participant in a doctoral school, or an individual with substantial expertise in the field.

To be an active participant, you can submit from 1 to 3 papers. Participants from Wroclaw Medical University (UMW) attend free of charge; active participants from other institutions pay a fee of 40 EUR (or the equivalent in PLN). Auditors (passive participants) are free.

It is recommended to complete the payment for participation prior to the acceptance of your abstract. However, if you have any doubts or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us via email. We’re here to assist you!
