There is no fee for submitting papers or participating in the conference. All participants attend free of charge.

There is no limit on the number of papers a participant can submit. Each paper may be assigned to a different thematic session.
The conference is open to students and doctoral candidates, while physicians during postgraduate internship can only be co-authors.

A paper’s supervisor can be an academic, such as a professor, doctor, or a participant in a doctoral school, or an individual with substantial expertise in the field.

There is no fee for active participation in the conference. Participants may submit an unlimited number of papers. Auditors (passive participants) also attend free of charge.
