Participation is FREE for both active and passive participants

If you have any doubts, check here first!

There is no fee for submitting papers or participating in the conference. All participants attend free of charge.

There is no limit on the number of papers a participant can submit. Each paper may be assigned to a different thematic session.
The conference is open to students and doctoral candidates, while physicians during postgraduate internship can only be co-authors.

A paper’s supervisor can be an academic, such as a professor, doctor, or a participant in a doctoral school, or an individual with substantial expertise in the field.

Six people can be co-author of one work, excluding the tutor.

Only one person can present a work.

The deadline for submitting an abstract is 5 November 2026.

Authors’ of accepted abstracts will be informed via e-mail, the date of announcement will be posted in instagram and facebook.
